M K Land's Coming Semidee Launch

M K Land Holdings Bhd, synonymous with the leasehold 750-acre Damansara Perdana township, will be launching the first batch of 54 semidees in month. Its executive director Datuk P Kasi told reporters after the company's AGM yesterday that there are indications that semidees, which represent the company's first faray into landed properties in the township, will be well-received. The 54 units of 3-storey semidees form part of the first phase and have a gross development value of RM90 million. There are a total of 90 units in the first phase.

Perak Adventure Challenge 2006 di Bukit Merah Laketown Resort

Persatuan Kembara Negara ( PKN ) terus menyemarakkan dunia sukan rekreasi tanah air menerusi aktiviti terbarunya yang akan diadakan di Perak pada bulan Ogos ini. Menurut kenyataan persatuan itu, aktiviti yang diberi nama Perak Adenture Challenge itu akan diadakan di Bukit Merah Laketown Resort di Taiping pada 5 dan 6 Ogos ini. PKN yang semakin ligat sejak memperkenalkan penganjuran Sirkit Kembara Negara setahun lalu, lahir dengan idea ini bagi mempergiatkan lagi aktitviti sukan ekstrem di Malaysia. Perak Adventure Challenge bakal melibatkan sembilan jenis sukan lasak, antaranya Bamboo Rafting, Swamp Scrambling dan Hiking. Kesemua cabaran itu akan diadakan di sekitar litar pertandingan yang terletak di kawasan taman tema itu sendiri.

Mustapha says the honour (of being ranked among the 10 top property developers) is a reflection of MK Land’s commitment to timely completion of its property project, innovative ideas and quality. “In particular, kasi has spent a lot of time planning and thinking about innovative ideas to push the company to greater heights,” Mustapha Kamal says of his partner. “ For example, we’ve just completed Armanee Terrace 11 (in Damansara Perdana) where we take the concept and design of a terrace house and built upwards. So instead of building it horizontally, we’re building it vertically,” Mustapha Kamal says.
