The Sun, Friday November 24, 2006 M K Land Holdings Bhd, synonymous with the leasehold 750-acre Damansara Perdana township, will be launching the first batch of 54 semidees in month. Its executive director Datuk P Kasi told reporters after the company's AGM yesterday that there are indications that semidees, which represent the company's first faray into landed properties in the township, will be well-received. The 54 units of 3-storey semidees form part of the first phase and have a gross development value of RM90 million. There are a total of 90 units in the first phase.
