Over the years, M K Land Group has sold more than 40,000 housing units worth more than RM5 billion.

M K Land was honoured for three consecutive years in The Edge’s Top Ten Property Developers Awards (2004, 2005 and 2006) that benchmarks the country’s best players in the property arena.

The FIABCI Malaysia presented M K Land’s five star Langkawi Lagoon Resort  with its Best Resort Development 2003 award.  Bukit Merah Laketown Resort received the Best Resort Development 2005 award.

Bukit Merah Laketown resort was also awarded the Best Tourism Product by the Perak State Government in 2001 for its significant contribution to the state’s tourism industry.

The Perdana Condominium at Damansara Perdana received a Certificate of Merit in the Malaysian Construction Industry Excellence Awards 2003 from the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB).
