Pn Juliana Heather Binti Ismail is an Independent Non-Executive Director of MKLHB.  She was appointed to the Board on 21 December 2009.

Pn Juliana Heather Binti Ismail was appointed as the Assistant General Manager Group Human Resource & Admin of Kumpulan Darul Ehsan Berhad (KDEB) in year 2000, a position she holds till today.

She has acquired extensive working experience with KDEB Group since joining the Group in 1984.  She began her career as an Admin Executive and thereafter assumed various positions in Human Resources at various subsidiary companies.  She was assigned to the Head Office in year 2000.

She is also a panel member, Industrial Court (Appointed by Kementerian Sumber Manusia).
