PROJECT BRIEF
 Cyberjaya, Malaysia’s first intelligent city was officially launched on 8 July 1999 by the former Prime Minister, Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad.
Cyberjaya is located in the heart of Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC), approximately 35 km south of Kuala Lumpur and 10 km west of Putrajaya.
This township has successfully grown into Malaysia’s global Information and Communication Technology (ICT) with foreign-owned and home-owned Malaysian companies focusing in multimedia products, services and solutions. It also hosts 4 education hub comprising of universities (LIMKOKWING university, Multimedia university – MMU and Cyberjaya University College of Medical Sciences (CUCMS). Other amenities are schools, police station, petrol station, banks, fire station, resort, hotel etc.
Cyberia and Cyberia Crescent is developed by Paramoden Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of the M K Land Group. The Cyberia Smarthomes is the first residential development located in Cyberjaya and is situated next to the Multi-Media University. M K Land’s Cyberia development project features the first residential homes in Cyberjaya.
